Which cleaning tasks are outside of your scope?At A New Tomorrow Cleaning, we want to ensure that our customers are aware of what we don't offer. Please note that we do not provide services for the following & reserve to right to refuse service if some of the following conditions exist: Washing of dishes/unloading of dishwasher Interior Cleaning of dishwasher or Interior of washing/ drying machines Exterior window cleaning We avoid cleaning wet wipe light bulbs as they may burst Paint removal from surfaces Chandelier cleaning Odor removal or remediation Areas that are not accessible with a two step ladder Using customers cleaning products/processes that our team isn't trained/authorized to use or complete Bleach/ Ammonia or other strong cleaning products Animal/Human waste removal Junk removal/loose trash/miscellaneous items Organizing outside of light tidying up Inaccessible homes where hoarding of items is present Homes/Commercial facilities that are deemed unsafe Removal of accumulation of household trash exceeding available recepticles not to exceed two kitchen size trash bags Interior Fireplace cleaning Any Biohazards cleaning/remediation such as feces, vomit, blood, mold, urine, etc., Homes that are warmer than 72 degrees and homes that are colder than 68 degrees. Homes that do not have working heat/air conditioning Please note our service restrictions: we cannot provide service to homes with any noticeable infestation upon arrival including evidence of roaches, bedbugs, insects, rodents., etc. We also prioritize safety and hygiene by avoiding cross contamination between homes so we refrain from cleanings with signs of the things mentioned above.
