Terms and Conditions

INTRODUCTION

Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. You may not use this website and should exit it now if you do not agree with these terms of conditions. A New Tomorrow Cleaning may make changes to this website, including these terms and conditions, at any time without notice. You agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

 

PRICING
We offer flat-rate pricing based on the size of the home, though we reserve the right to adjust the price for fairness if your home is larger or more soiled than normal. We  do allow you to customize our estimate as you see fit, though it will void our guarantee in the areas removed. (see below).

 

PAYMENTS

We require a major credit or debit card on file to schedule an appointment.

Your card will be charged after the cleaning is complete.

Payments are due the day of service to avoid a late fee of either $25.00 or 10% of the balance due, whichever is greater.

Clients are required to make timely and full payment for the services provided by A New Tomorrow Cleaning. Payment for service is due the day of service unless other terms are agreed on prior to booking. Payment terms and methods will be communicated to the client prior to the cleaning service.

 

In the event that a client fails to make payment for services rendered and A New Tomorrow Cleaning is forced to pursue legal action to recover the outstanding amount, the client will be responsible for all legal fees, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred in the legal process.

 

If a client is delinquent in payment, A New Tomorrow Cleaning reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the unpaid amount. This may include engaging the services of a collection agency or initiating legal proceedings to secure payment.

 

By engaging our cleaning services, the client acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for all legal fees incurred by A New Tomorrow Cleaning in the process of collecting unpaid bills. This provision is a binding agreement between the client and A New Tomorrow Cleaning. 

 

In the event of a billing dispute, clients are encouraged to contact A New Tomorrow Cleaning directly to resolve the issue amicably and avoid the escalation of the matter to legal proceedings. We are committed to addressing any concerns or issues in a fair and timely manner.

 

Clients are expected to comply with these terms and conditions regarding payment obligations and legal fees. Failure to do so may result in legal action being taken against the client to recover the outstanding amount and associated costs.

DEPOSITS

A deposit in the amount of 50% of the total service cost will be required for any booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit does cover a specific block of time rather than a specific service. Canceling a scheduled service severely impacts our opportunity to reschedule a new booking in that time slot. Any alterations that downgrade a scheduled service must be prior to 48 hours of  scheduled service time. We strive to efficiently service our clients and provide them the best possible service be keep our commitments and requiring the same from those whom we service.

 

GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. This includes a free re-clean of the spots that were missed or deemed unsatisfactory during your cleaning. We are unable to offer refunds if we are denied the opportunity to correct the unsatisfactory areas within 48 hours of service. If we are unable to return due to our own inability a partial refund will be issued commensurate to the areas missed. 

 

This guarantee does not necessarily apply if:

 

  1. You alerted us to the issue more than 48 hours post-cleaning.

  2. You were present during the cleaning and approved the work on-site.

  3. You under-adjusted the original estimate that we made through our website or over the phone.

 

SAFETY

Due to safety concerns, we will not allow our cleaners to move and/or lift heavy items, clean human and/or animal feces and/or other bodily fluids, clean homes with current or previous infestations, clean homes with any form of active smoking (i.e. cigarettes, tobacco pipe, cigar, etc), clean areas that are deemed inaccessible and/or areas that create safety hazards.If any of these issues are present at the cleaning site, the deposit for your service will be forfeited and payment for the complete service will be due for the cleaning cost. If you would like us to clean behind large appliances or furniture, please move them prior to our arrival. 

For the comfort and safety of our cleaning staff, we require that the temperature within the home be maintained between 70 degrees Fahrenheit and 75 degrees Fahrenheit during the cleaning service. This temperature range ensures optimal working conditions for our team members.It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the home temperature falls within the specified range prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment. Failure to maintain the appropriate temperature will result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the cleaning service at the discretion of A New Tomorrow Cleaning. All Deposits will be forfeited and a new deposit needs to be provided in order to secure a new day. By engaging our residential/commercial cleaning services, you agree to comply with the home temperature requirement outlined in these terms and conditions. Clients are advised to ensure a comfortable environment for both our cleaning staff and the successful completion of the cleaning service.

ACCESSIBILITY- Our cleaning team will make every effort to clean all accessible areas within the premises. However, certain areas may be deemed inaccessible due to safety concerns, height restrictions, or other limitations. These areas may include but are not limited to high shelves, ceilings, and areas behind heavy furniture.Areas where furniture can’t be cleaned due to excessive amounts of items in the way of cleaning will also be deemed as inaccessible spaces. Areas that are inaccessible while using a 2 step ladder will not be cleaned due to insurance limitations and safety. 

 

Our team does not carry bleach products or harsh chemicals to remove tough stains. While we strive to provide effective cleaning solutions, we may be unable to completely remove stubborn stains. Additionally,our team is not specialized in grout cleaning and can not be held responsible for grout that cannot be restored to its natural condition through our normal cleaning methods. Grout that is damaged or severely stained should be referred to a grout/tile specialist for consultation.

 

Our team is unable to clean blinds with any type of sticky residue as this may require specialized cleaning solutions or techniques that we do not provide. Blinds will be dusted using gentle methods to avoid damage. Please note that blinds will not be hand wiped to prevent any potential harm to the blinds.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to inform our team of any areas that are inaccessible or require special attention.

While we strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services, the effectiveness of the cleaning may vary depending on the condition of the surfaces and materials being cleaned. We cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains or the restoration of certain surfaces to their original condition.

A New Tomorrow Cleaning will not be held liable for the inability to clean inaccessible areas, remove tough stains, restore grout, or clean blinds with a sticky residue. Clients understand and accept these limitations when engaging our cleaning services.

Our cleaning team will only provide gentle dusting services for reachable chandeliers and hanging lights. We do not offer cleaning services that involve dismantling, washing, or deep cleaning these fixtures due to the complexity and delicate nature of such tasks.

 

ARRIVAL

We reserve the right to arrive to your home within a 30 minute window prior to the scheduled cleaning time and up to 3 hours after. For example, if the booking time is 12:00 PM, we may arrive between 11:30 AM and 3:00 PM.

CANCELLATIONS

We request that cancellations take place at least 48 hours before the time of the home cleaning appointment.

 

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments not made within 48 hours of the cleaning will result in a fee of $125.00 or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater

 

Cleaners being denied access to the home at the time of cleaning (due to a customer no-show or lock-out) will result in a fee of $125.00 or 50% of the total service cost, whichever is greater.

Recurring appointments that are not immediately rescheduled to the next available day within the week of the cleaning will incur a minimum $50.00 cleaning fee to provide the team with additional time to take care of your home/office outside of the recurring window slot.  Anything outside of a monthly (every 4 week window) will automatically go back to an initial maintenance cleaning cost or whichever is greater. 

 

REVIEWS

We require 7 days to resolve any and all issues before you post negative feedback to non A New Tomorrow Cleaning platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, Google, Angie's List, and Yelp. We work incredibly hard to take care of our clients, and we appreciate that this respect is mutual.
